Die Anwendung betraf das pneumatische Transportsystem f\u00fcr Abfallmaterialien. Solche Systeme sind dauerhaft abrasiven Belastungen ausgesetzt \u2013 insbesondere an B\u00f6gen und Kr\u00fcmmern, an denen sich die Flie\u00dfrichtung des Materials \u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber mehrere Jahre setzte der Kunde auf Ni-Hard-Rohre, die aufgrund des schnellen Verschlei\u00dfes regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ersetzt werden mussten. Im Jahr 2022 wandte er sich an Welding Alloys mit dem Ziel, eine robustere und langlebigere L\u00f6sung zu finden, um Stillstandszeiten zu reduzieren und die Effizienz der Instandhaltung zu verbessern. Die umgesetzte Reparaturl\u00f6sung verl\u00e4ngerte die Standzeit der Rohrleitungen deutlich und reduzierte die Austauschh\u00e4ufigkeit in den besonders verschlei\u00dfintensiven Bereichen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entwicklung einer bew\u00e4hrten Alternative zu Ni-Hard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nach der Kontaktaufnahme begann das Team von Welding Alloys mit der Entwicklung einer geschwei\u00dften L\u00f6sung, die eine deutlich l\u00e4ngere Lebensdauer erm\u00f6glichen sollte. Dazu wurden mehrere Vor-Ort-Versuche sowie Qualifikationspr\u00fcfungen durchgef\u00fchrt, um die mechanische Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit und die Eignung der Aufschwei\u00dfung f\u00fcr den realen Betrieb zu best\u00e4tigen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach erfolgreicher Erprobung wurde das erste geschwei\u00dfte Rohr installiert und seither unter Volllast betrieben. Eine sp\u00e4tere Inspektion zeigte Rissbildungen au\u00dferhalb der Schwei\u00dfzone, w\u00e4hrend die aufgebrachte Schicht vollst\u00e4ndig intakt blieb \u2013 ein klarer Nachweis f\u00fcr die Robustheit der geschwei\u00dften L\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Robotergest\u00fctztes Vor-Ort-Schwei\u00dfen f\u00fcr komplexe Rohrgeometrien<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das instandgesetzte Bauteil war ein induktionsgeformter Rohrbogen \u2013 eine Geometrie, die besondere Anforderungen an einen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen inneren Verschlei\u00dfschutz stellt. Mithilfe des robotergest\u00fctzten Schwei\u00dfsystems f\u00fchrte das Integra\u2122 Team die Reparatur durch; die Installation erfolgte vor Ort. Dabei wurde eine homogene Innenbeschichtung \u00fcber die gesamte Kr\u00fcmmung des Rohrs aufgebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Innenfl\u00e4che wurde mit einem komplexen Hartmetalllegierungsdraht von Welding Alloys beschichtet, der aufgrund seiner hohen Abriebfestigkeit und seiner Eignung f\u00fcr extreme Verschlei\u00dfbedingungen ausgew\u00e4hlt wurde.
