Bei Greenworld, einem britischen Recyclingunternehmen, hielten die sichelf\u00f6rmigen Messer des Doppelwellen-Schredders lediglich 500 Stunden, was zu enormen Ausfallzeiten und Betriebsunterbrechungen f\u00fchrte.<\/p>\n<p>Um dieses Problem zu l\u00f6sen, schlug Welding Alloys eine ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Hartauftragungsl\u00f6sung mit Schwei\u00dfzusatzwerkstoffen von WA vor. Nach einem kontrollierten Testlauf wurden die aufgearbeiteten Messer wieder in Betrieb genommen und die Ergebnisse \u00fcbertrafen alle Erwartungen. Nach 242 Betriebsstunden zeigten die beschichteten Messer deutlich weniger Verschlei\u00df als die Standard-OEM-Alternativen und behielten ihre Geometrie und Schneidkante \u2013 besonders an der Spitze.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sch\u00e4rfe der Messer ist im Recycling von entscheidender Bedeutung: Stumpfe Spitzen k\u00f6nnen zu doppelten Verarbeitungsvorg\u00e4ngen f\u00fchren, was den Durchsatz verringert. Durch den Erhalt von Form und Schneidleistung konnte die <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleisstechnische-dienstleistungen\/integra-dienstleistungen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Integra\u2122-<\/a>L\u00f6sung nicht nur die Produktivit\u00e4t steigern, sondern auch den Wartungsaufwand signifikant reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Greenworld verzeichnete eine deutliche Verbesserung der Betriebseffizienz \u2013 dank verl\u00e4ngerter Messerstandzeit, seltenerem Austausch und insgesamt geringeren Betriebskosten.
