Herk\u00f6mmliche Auskleidungen aus Kohlenstoffstahl verloren etwa 15 mm und mussten alle sechs Monate ausgetauscht werden, w\u00e4hrend Edelst\u00e4hle einen Verschlei\u00df von 10,8 mm aufwiesen und etwa 12 Monate hielten. Durch die deutlich verbesserte Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit verl\u00e4ngert Hard<em>plate<\/em>\u2122 die Lebensdauer der Auskleidungen auf etwa f\u00fcnf Mahlsaisons und senkt damit die Ausfallzeiten und Wartungskosten f\u00fcr M\u00fchlen, die t\u00e4glich zwischen 14.000 und 42.000 Tonnen Zuckerrohr verarbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Die beste Verschlei\u00dfplatte ist die, die genau die Anforderungen Ihres Prozesses erf\u00fcllt.
