Aufgrund der rauen Betriebsbedingungen ist die in dieser Ausr\u00fcstung verwendete Schraube anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr abrassiven Verschlei\u00df, was sich erheblich auf die Lebensdauer des Teils auswirkt.<\/p>\n<p>Die bereits vorhandene Schraube war stark abgenutzt, doch das Team von Welding Alloys Thailand war zuversichtlich, das Bauteil nicht nur aufarbeiten, sondern auch die Lebensdauer verl\u00e4ngern zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00dcberholung wurde in der Werkstatt der Integra\u2122 Dienstleistungen von Welding Alloys\u2122 durchgef\u00fchrt, wobei die hochwertigen Verschlei\u00dfprodukte von Welding Alloys und spezielle Schwei\u00dfverfahren zur Verbesserung der Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit des Bauteils eingesetzt wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Welle der Schraube wurde mit <i>Hardlite<\/i>\u2122 2+2 gesch\u00fctzt, unserer leichtgewichtigen Platte, die eine extrem hohe Verschlei\u00dfbest\u00e4ndigkeit aufweist.
