Etwa ein Jahr (7 000 Stunden) sp\u00e4ter wurde WAFE erneut vom Kunden kontaktiert, um eine Hartauftragung im Rahmen des j\u00e4hrlichen Schwei\u00dfzyklus durchzuf\u00fchren. Nach Inspektion und Messung wurde beschlossen, nur die Walzen, die nicht mit unserer L\u00f6sung <i>MillCarb<\/i>\u2122 verschwei\u00dft worden waren, erneut zu schwei\u00dfen und die <i>MillCarb<\/i>\u2122 -Walzen aufgrund des zu diesem Zeitpunkt sehr geringen Verschlei\u00dfes ohne Eingriff wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die MillCarb\u2122\u2122 Walzen wiesen ein glattes und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Verschlei\u00dfprofil auf, wobei der Verschlei\u00df im Vergleich zu den anderen Walzen etwa 50 % betrug. Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, Form, Zusammensetzung und Ablagerungsverfahren dieser Partikel wurden durch einen wissenschaftlichen Ansatz in Verbindung mit Echtzeittests bestimmt, die sicherstellen, dass eine Entmischung der Partikel praktisch ausgeschlossen ist.
