Das Team von Welding Alloys Panamericana hat dieses Engagement k\u00fcrzlich durch die Zusammenarbeit mit einem Gro\u00dfkunden aus dem Bereich Wasserkraft vor Ort unter Beweis gestellt. Ziel war es, dem Kunden eine alternative L\u00f6sung anzubieten, die besser auf seine Anwendung zugeschnitten ist. Das Team schlug einen F\u00fclldraht vor, der f\u00fcr seine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Schwei\u00dfbarkeit bekannt ist und sich daher sowohl f\u00fcr komplexe als auch f\u00fcr Standardanwendungen eignet. Welding Alloys demonstrierte die \u00dcberlegenheit seines F\u00fclldrahts im Vergleich zu seiner bestehenden L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Turbine. Das Team leistete auch praktische Unterst\u00fctzung bei den Schwei\u00df- und Pr\u00fcfverfahren im Werk des Kunden in Mexiko, wobei unser CHROMECORE M 410 NiMo-G Verbindungsf\u00fclldraht zum Einsatz kam.<\/p>\n<p>Im November 2023 fand ein einw\u00f6chiger technischer Besuch statt, der sich direkt auf die Anwendung des Produkts CHROMECORE M 410 NiMo-G auf ihren Turbinen im Rahmen ihrer laufenden Projekte konzentrierte.<\/p>\n<p>Am ersten Tag wurden verschiedene Schwei\u00dfbarkeitstests an Platten durchgef\u00fchrt, bei denen sich der Draht in verschiedenen Positionen befand &#8211; horizontal und vertikal. Alle Schwei\u00dfer des Kunden nahmen daran teil, und die Ergebnisse waren vielversprechend. Der Schwei\u00dfzusatzwerkstoff zeigte in verschiedenen Positionen und bei unterschiedlicher Handhabung eine hervorragende Leistung. Vor allem waren die aufgetragenen Schwei\u00dfraupen praktisch perfekt, ohne Schwei\u00dffehler, selbst auf einem Grundwerkstoff in schlechtem Zustand (ungereinigt).<\/p>\n<p>Am zweiten Tag begann die direkte Anwendung der Dr\u00e4hte an zwei Turbinen, wobei man sich auf zwei Hauptpunkte konzentrierte, an denen Erosion und Kavitation auftraten und die Verschwei\u00dfung vielversprechende Ergebnisse zeigte. Das Team von Welding Alloys unterst\u00fctzte die Schwei\u00dfer w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Prozesses eng, von der Materialer\u00f6ffnung\/-einrichtung bis hin zur Anwendung der Bauteile, und das \u00fcber verschiedene Schichten hinweg.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einem erfolgreichen Start des Schwei\u00dfprozesses setzte das Team am dritten Tag die Unterst\u00fctzung des Kunden beim Schwei\u00dfen der Turbinen fort, gleich zu Beginn der ersten Schicht. Es war klar, dass die Verwendung von CHROMECORE M 410NiMo-G die Leistung und Effizienz bei der Anwendung des Drahtes verbesserte. Der Prozess deckte einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Bereich in k\u00fcrzerer Zeit ab, so dass l\u00e4ngere Aufenthalte in unbequemen Positionen auf engem Raum und die Belastung durch hohe Temperaturen und D\u00e4mpfe auf ein Minimum reduziert werden konnten. Vor allem das Fehlen von Zunder, Funkenbildung, Poren, Rissen und anderen Schwei\u00dffehlern bei der Anwendung in Turbinen machte eine st\u00e4ndige mechanische Reinigung zwischen den Schwei\u00dfraupen \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig.<\/p>\n<p>Am vierten Tag wurde festgestellt, dass sich der Draht wie erwartet verhielt, wenn er in verschiedenen Positionen auf das Bauteil aufgebracht wurde, und dass es keine Probleme gab. Es wurden jedoch einige Risse in den Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hten festgestellt, die bereits mit einem Schwei\u00dfdraht einer anderen Marke angebracht worden waren. Diese wurden durch Entfernen des vorhandenen Materials und Anbringen des Welding Alloys Drahtes beseitigt.<\/p>\n<p>Am letzten Tag wurden die Klingenverschl\u00fcsse verschwei\u00dft, wobei sie in direktem Kontakt mit dem Draht einer anderen Marke angebracht wurden. Das Ergebnis war eine exzellente Haftung, mit vollst\u00e4ndiger Kompatibilit\u00e4t und ohne Schwei\u00dffehler. Das Schwei\u00dfverhalten des Drahtes erwies sich als \u00e4u\u00dferst benutzerfreundlich und handhabbar, was zu einem sch\u00f6nen optischen Erscheinungsbild f\u00fchrte, nachdem der Draht auf den Turbinen angebracht worden war.
