Die korrekte Funktion der Ausl\u00e4sse ist von entscheidender Bedeutung f\u00fcr die Steuerung des Materialflusses.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Zyklon ist ein wichtiges Teil der Ausr\u00fcstung, das die Zentrifugalkraft nutzt, um Partikel nach ihrer Dichte zu trennen. Schwerere Materialien, wie z. B. wertvolle Mineralien, werden von leichterem Abfall getrennt, was ein entscheidender Schritt im Prozess der Mineralgewinnung ist.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Kunde <b>in Westafrika, genauer gesagt in Burkina Faso, stand vor der Herausforderung, die Standzeit der Zyklonausl\u00e4ufe zu verl\u00e4ngern.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Welding Alloys realisierte eine L\u00f6sung mit folgenden Vorteilen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>H\u00f6here Standzeit:<\/b> Die Kombination aus verschlei\u00dffesten Werkstoffen gew\u00e4hrleistet maximale Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit unter extremen Betriebsbedingungen.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Verk\u00fcrzte Stillstandzeiten:<\/b> Die Bauteile sind kompatibel zum vorhandenen Equipment und k\u00f6nnen somit unkompliziert und schnell ausgetauscht werden.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sto\u00dfschutz:<\/b> Die Polyurethanbeschichtung reduziert das Bruchrisiko im Vergleich zu rein keramischen L\u00f6sungen erheblich.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unser <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleisstechnische-dienstleistungen\/integra-dienstleistungen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Integra\u2122-Serviceteam<\/b><\/a> setzte einen zweistufigen Fertigungsprozess um:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Innenverkleidung aus Aluminiumoxid-Keramik: <\/b>Zun\u00e4chst wurde der Innenbereich mit einer Beschichtung aus Aluminiumoxid-Keramik gesch\u00fctzt. Die Keramikauskleidung wurde gem\u00e4\u00df den Originalzeichnungen gefertigt und speziell darauf ausgelegt, dem intensiven Verschlei\u00df durch Hochgeschwindigkeitsreibung der Partikel im Zyklon standzuhalten.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Au\u00dfenbeschichtung aus Polyurethan:<\/b> In der zweiten Phase wurde ein neues, widerstandsf\u00e4higes Polyurethan-Element um die auf Aluminiumoxid basierende Keramikform geformt. Das Polyurethan bietet eine robuste und flexible Schutzschicht gegen St\u00f6\u00dfe. Selbst bei einem Sturz bleibt das Bauteil intakt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Die fertigen Bauteile wurden an den Kunden geliefert und vor Ort installiert. Dank der auf Aluminiumoxid basierenden Keramikbeschichtung halten die neuen Komponenten bis zu 20-mal l\u00e4nger als die urspr\u00fcngliche L\u00f6sung welche im wesentlichen nur auf Polymerkomponenten basierte.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
