Welding Alloys UK ersetzte diese Bereiche der Kanten mit Zuschnitten aus unserer <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleissbestaendige-platten-rohre-komponenten\/verschleissschutzplatten\/hardlite\/\">Hardlite-Verschlei\u00dfplatten<\/a> und beschichtete die restlichen verschlei\u00dfanf\u00e4lligen Fl\u00e4chen mit einer verschlei\u00dfbest\u00e4ndigen Schicht (Bornitrid).<\/p>\n<p>Die Beschichtung mit Bornitrid sorgt nicht nur f\u00fcr eine glatte Oberfl\u00e4che, sondern bietet zudem zus\u00e4tzlichen Schutz gegen die Abnutzung durch das Glasmaterial. Ziel ist die Verl\u00e4ngerung der Lebensdauer des Bauteils, was wiederum zu einer h\u00f6heren Produktivit\u00e4t der Anlage f\u00fchren wird.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
