Kurz darauf wurde unser Team erneut eingeladen, um eine eingehendere Analyse vor Ort durchzuf\u00fchren und eine langfristige L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den Verschlei\u00dfschutz des Sintersterns vorzuschlagen.<\/p>\n<p>Die gesammelten Daten erm\u00f6glichten es unserem Team, ein umfassenderes Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die spezifischen Herausforderungen zu gewinnen und eine Gesamtkostenanalyse f\u00fcr die Implementierung einer 3D-<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122-L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Anlage zu erstellen. Aus den Aufzeichnungen der Kunden ging hervor, dass die Sintersterne im Durchschnitt nur neun Monate hielten, bevor sie aufgrund des \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigen Verschlei\u00dfes nicht mehr produktiv genutzt werden konnten. Die Leistung der Sterne entsprach einfach nicht den Industrienormen, und der Kunde war gezwungen, die Produktion h\u00e4ufig zu unterbrechen, um dringend ben\u00f6tigte Reparaturen durchzuf\u00fchren. Der Kunde stimmte zu, dass durch die Beibehaltung der Sintersterngeometrie mit unserer L\u00f6sung die Sterne verschlei\u00dffester sein w\u00fcrden. Eine ununterbrochene Produktion \u00fcber l\u00e4ngere Zeitr\u00e4ume w\u00fcrde auch zu einer Steigerung der Produktivit\u00e4t und einer Verringerung der Stillstands- und Wartungszeiten f\u00fchren, was sich direkt auf die gesamten Wartungskosten der Anlage auswirken und diese senken w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Annahme des Vorschlags von Welding Alloys begann das lokale Integra\u2122 Services-Team mit der Neugestaltung der Z\u00e4hne der Sintersterne unter Verwendung eines hochlegierten Chromgusseisens mit einer hohen Konzentration komplexer Karbide und fuhr dann fort, die Oberfl\u00e4che zu panzern, um die Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit zu erh\u00f6hen. Durch die Neugestaltung der Z\u00e4hne k\u00f6nnen die Sterne ihre Form viel besser beibehalten, und die Z\u00e4hne k\u00f6nnen getrennt von den Scheiben ausgetauscht werden, was die Wartung erleichtert. Nach der Herstellung der Sterne bereitete unser Team die Serie der Sterne f\u00fcr den Versand an den Kunden vor.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem die Sterne neun Monate lang im Einsatz waren, f\u00fchrten wir einen Folgebesuch durch, um die Leistung der Sterne zu analysieren. Bei diesem Besuch teilte uns der Kunde mit, dass er mit der Leistung der L\u00f6sung \u00e4u\u00dferst zufrieden sei. Selbst nach neunmonatigem Einsatz zeigten die Sterne nur minimalen Verschlei\u00df und die Sinterproduktion war so hoch wie nie zuvor.<\/p>\n<p>Vor der Einf\u00fchrung der 3D-<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122-L\u00f6sung von Welding Alloys hielten die Sintersterne nur neun Monate.
