Dabei wurde festgestellt, dass die Walzen nach nur einer Saison mit 185 Schleiftagen einen erheblichen Verschlei\u00df aufwiesen. Der Verschlei\u00df f\u00fchrte dazu, dass die Mahlz\u00e4hne der Walzen ihren Halt verloren, was eine geringere Mahlproduktivit\u00e4t und verformte Z\u00e4hne zur Folge hatte. Dies f\u00fchrte zu einer geringeren Saftausbeute, die bei vollst\u00e4ndig optimierten M\u00fchlen im hohen 90er-Perzentil liegen sollte.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einer Inspektion vor Ort und einer zus\u00e4tzlichen Analyse und Datenerfassung ermittelte unser technisches Team die beste L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den spezifischen Verschlei\u00df der Walzen und ber\u00fccksichtigte dabei die spezifischen Anforderungen des Kunden. Der Vorschlag umfasste eine L\u00f6sung zum Schutz der Walzenz\u00e4hne durch deren Panzerung mit unseren speziell f\u00fcr Zuckerm\u00fchlenwalzen entwickelten (SMK)-Maschine, einer speziell f\u00fcr das Schwei\u00dfen von Zuckerwalzen an Ort und Stelle oder in Werkst\u00e4tten entwickelten automatisierten Schwei\u00dfanlage, effizient aufbauen. Die SMK-Schwei\u00dfmaschine ist so robust und kompakt konstruiert, dass die Zuckerfabriken ihre Walzen w\u00e4hrend des Mahlens reparieren k\u00f6nnen, ohne den zus\u00e4tzlichen Aufwand und die Kosten f\u00fcr den Ausbau der Walzen oder die Umleitung des Rohrs zu anderen Tandems. F\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzlichen Schutz k\u00f6nnen Zuckerfabriken auch Elektroden zum Schwei\u00dfen w\u00e4hrend des Mahlens an schwer zug\u00e4nglichen Walzen oder in M\u00fchlen mit beengten Platzverh\u00e4ltnissen verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Fertigstellung wurden die \u00fcberholten Walzen in einem besseren Zustand als im Neuzustand wieder in Betrieb genommen und blieben weitere vier Schleifzyklen lang ohne Probleme in Betrieb.<\/p>\n<p>Durch den Einsatz unserer MaxExtract und MaxExtract PLUS Auftragsdr\u00e4hte und -elektroden konnte die Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit der Walzen deutlich erh\u00f6ht und die Schleifleistung exponentiell verbessert werden. Die L\u00f6sung f\u00fchrte au\u00dferdem zu einer l\u00e4ngeren Lebensdauer der Walze, was f\u00fcr den Kunden geringere Ausfallzeiten und weniger Wartung bedeutet.<\/p>\n<p>Bei unseren Folgebesuchen \u00e4u\u00dferte sich der Kunde sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung und der Langlebigkeit der Walzen, die eine viermal h\u00f6here Lebensdauer als die nicht beschichteten Walzen erreicht hatten. Die Walzen wurden weitere 740 Tage geschliffen, bevor sie die gleiche Abnutzung erfuhren, wodurch die Gesamtbetriebskosten f\u00fcr den Kunden erfolgreich gesenkt
