Die Werkstoffe werden bei einer Vielzahl von verschiedenen Anwendungen und in diversen Industriezweigen erfolgreich eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gummierte Verschlei\u00dfplatten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unsere mit Gummi beschichteten\u00a0 Platten sind in Breiten bis zu 1300 mm,\u00a0 L\u00e4ngen bis zu 2000 mm und in Gesamtst\u00e4rken bis zu 100 mm erh\u00e4ltlich. Je nach St\u00e4rke der Gummischicht und in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Anwendung werden Tr\u00e4gerplatten aus Baustahl mit einer Dicke von mindestens 3 mm verwendet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gummi-Keramik-Verschlei\u00dfplatten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diese Verbundplatten kombinieren verschlei\u00dffeste Keramikpellets, die\u00a0in einer elastischen Gummischicht eingebettet sind. Dieser Ansatz bietet einen optimalen Kompromiss als Verschlei\u00dfschutz gegen Abrasion und extremer Schlagbelastung. Die Keramikpellets bieten eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Verschlei\u00dfbest\u00e4ndigkeit, w\u00e4hrend durch die elastischen Eigenschaften des Gummis die Sto\u00dfkr\u00e4fte aufgenommen werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profilierte Gummi-Verschlei\u00dfplatten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es gibt zahlreiche Anwendungen, bei denen das Material in einem scharfen Winkel auf die Verschlei\u00dfoberfl\u00e4che trifft. Dadurch verringert sich die D\u00e4mpfungswirkung des Gummis, was zu einer erh\u00f6hten Verschlei\u00dfrate f\u00fchrt. Die Praxis hat gezeigt, dass bei richtiger Profilierung der Oberfl\u00e4che das Material in einem g\u00fcnstigeren Winkel auf die Oberfl\u00e4che trifft, wodurch sich die Standzeiten nochmals
