Dabei konnte ich wertvolle Einblicke in den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess von Maschinen gewinnen \u2013 von der Konstruktion bis zur Fertigstellung.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend meines Praktikums habe ich an der Standardisierung von Maschinen gearbeitet, indem ich eine interne Website f\u00fcr Maschinenausr\u00fcstungen entwickelt habe. Neben meinem eigenen Projekt hatte ich die M\u00f6glichkeit, die verschiedenen Phasen der Maschinenentwicklung zu begleiten \u2013 vom ersten Entwurf und der Planung \u00fcber die Montage bis hin zur finalen Abstimmung.<\/p>\n<p>Ich m\u00f6chte mich herzlich bei allen Mitarbeitenden von Welding Alloys in Colmar bedanken, insbesondere beim Maschinen-Team, f\u00fcr ihre Unterst\u00fctzung, ihren Rat und die Bereitschaft, ihr Wissen mit mir zu teilen. Ich bin in meiner linken H\u00fcfte behindert, aber das hat mich nicht davon abgehalten, meine t\u00e4glichen Aufgaben zu erf\u00fcllen. Ich genoss es, Reinigungskraft zu sein, aber die Personalabteilung erkannte meine F\u00e4higkeiten als mehr als nur eine Reinigungskraft. Sie baten mich, die Telefonzentrale zu besetzen und schlugen vor, dass ich mein Matric neu schreibe. Ich befolgte den Rat, schrieb mein Matric neu, und das \u00f6ffnete mir T\u00fcren; und ich wurde zum Assistenten der Lagerkontrolle bef\u00f6rdert. Ich erhielt Schulungen zu JDE, Computerkenntnissen und viel Unterst\u00fctzung vom Management, der \u00dcbergang von einer Reinigungskraft zu einer Position, die Computerkenntnisse erfordert, ist nicht einfach. Durch die Unterst\u00fctzung des Managements und der Kollegen habe ich es gut gemacht. 5 Jahre sp\u00e4ter wurde ich zur Junior-Eink\u00e4uferin bef\u00f6rdert. Durch Unterst\u00fctzung und Schulung kann ich jetzt Eink\u00e4ufe auf NetSuite t\u00e4tigen und kann bessere Preise bei Lieferanten aushandeln. Ich kann unter Druck arbeiten und sicherstellen, dass die Mitarbeiter jederzeit die richtige PSA tragen. Ich verwalte die Lager und arbeite mit den Mitarbeitern in der Fabrik zusammen, weil sie meine Priorit\u00e4t sind. Ich muss sicherstellen, dass mir PSA und Verbrauchsmaterialien nicht ausgehen. Im Laufe der Jahre konnte ich durch das reiche Wissen, die F\u00e4higkeiten und die Anleitung meiner Kollegen wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln und zu dem werden, der ich heute bin. 2017 hatte ich das Gl\u00fcck, einen pers\u00f6nlichen Meilenstein zu erreichen, indem ich meinen vom Unternehmen ges ponserten Master-Abschluss abschloss; wof\u00fcr ich sehr dankbar bin.
