Heute k\u00f6nnen wir eine unbegrenzte Anzahl an Kombinationen von Elementen verwenden, um neuartige Legierungen herzustellen. Durch unsere langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung k\u00f6nnen wir bereits im Vorfeld die Mikrostrukturen und Eigenschaften des Schwei\u00dfgutes vorhersagen..<\/p>\n<p>Die makroskopischen Gef\u00fcgeaufnahmen zeigen komplexe Merkmale einer Legierung, die speziell f\u00fcr kombinierten Verschlei\u00df durch Erosion und Korrosion entwickelt wurde und f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung durch thermisches Spritzen vorgesehen ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die hochaufl\u00f6sende mikroskopische Aufnahme (links) zeigt ein komplexes System, das auf dem Cermet-Prinzip (Cermet = Keramik + Metall) basiert und f\u00fcr aggressive, abrasive Bedingungen ausgelegt ist. Das Ergebnis ist ein Zusatzwerkstoff, welcher auf dem Markt konkurrenzlos ist.
