Wenn zwei Oberfl\u00e4chen \u00fcbereinander gleiten oder rollen entsteht ein Reibungswiderstand, der zu kontinuierlichem Verschlei\u00df f\u00fchrt. Die Verschlei\u00dfrate und die Ver\u00e4nderung der Oberfl\u00e4che der Komponenten h\u00e4ngt wesentlich von den Materialeigenschaften sowie von den Einsatzbedingungen der jeweiligen Anwendung ab.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die anhaltende Bewegung wird kontinuierlich Material von einer oder mehreren Oberfl\u00e4chen abgetragen. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer Verschlechterung der\u00a0 Oberfl\u00e4chenbeschaffenheit, Verlust an Materialst\u00e4rke, W\u00e4rmeentwicklung und anderen Formen des Verschlei\u00dfes wie sogar Abrieb und Korrosion. Durch den Verschlei\u00df kommt es zum Versagen einzelner Komponenten oder auch der ganzen Anlage.<\/p>\n<p>Reibungsverschlei\u00df tritt z.B. bei Kolben, Sinterwerkzeugen, Schneidmessern und Walzanlagen auf und die Verschlei\u00dfrate variiert stark je nach Materialeigenschaften und Betriebsbedingungen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
