Um diesen Effekt zu kompensieren, werden in der Regel mehrere Lagen geschwei\u00dft, sodass die gew\u00fcnschte chemische Analyse und die Eigenschaften der Beschichtung erreicht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Modernere\u00a0 Verfahren, wie z.B. Laser- oder Plasmaschwei\u00dfen finden immer mehr Akzeptanz. Durch die niedrigere und konzentrierte Energieeinbringun kann bei diesen Verfahren die Aufmischung mit dem Grundwerkstoff deutlich besser kontrolliert werden (bis zu &lt;5%). Durch diesen Effekt k\u00f6nnen h\u00e4ufig, bereits in weniger Lagen, die gleichen Eigenschaften der Schicht erzielt werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass die Oberfl\u00e4chen der geschwei\u00dften Schichten deutlich glatter sind, wodurch eine eventuell nachfolgende mechanische Bearbeitung deutlich effizienter realisiert
